Today I made ingen no gama ae, ingen no gama ae is a food from Japan. The food is quite simple, making it does not require a long time, the first thing to do is prepare the material that was prepared by friends yesterday. Next is the cooking process.
The first step to make ingen no gama ae is to cut the beans 3 cm in size, then prepare the sesame seeds to mix into the sauce later. Roast the sesame seeds first, then puree the sesame seeds, mix with sugar and soysauce with the one in the receipe.
After the sesame seeds are mixed with the sauce then the bean blanch uses salt water, cook for about 1-2 minutes. Lift the beans and place them in ice water so that the color of the beans remains fresh. Then mix the crushed sesame seeds and mix with sugar and soysauce.
Mix all ingredients together then stir well evenly, if it is evenly placed on a serving plate. Time for plating food, give the cherry tomato pieces around the plate and sprinkle again with roasted sesame. Ingen no gama ae is ready to be presented.
