DAILY REPORT EMGLISH VERSION

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarokatuh

How are you guys, may we all be protected by Allah. Don't forget to be grateful today, because being grateful will make us better understand life. I will tell you about my activities today in the kitchen.


Today we will continue or finish finishing the preparations that were made yesterday, today we will make dorayaki as I said yesterday is not too difficult because the manufacturing process is similar to making pancakes. To shorten the time this time we will also do preparation on the 2.1 menu and incidentally my group got a soup menu.


So, there will be a team that makes Dorayaki and there is a team that does preparation to shorten the time. Each of the divided teams completed their respective assignments, while I completed Dorayaki which had been prepared yesterday. After Dorayaki is finished, then do plating food.



Here we need imagination and creativity to do plating, because cooking is not about taste and technique but also about art, creativity and conformity. We also started doing plating, and the one who had the idea was Nur Ayu Wahdana. No wonder Ayu can do it because she is an alumni of food.


Actually doing plating food is not a very special thing, but from doing plating food we can increase the visual value of a food. People will be more interested if they see the visual of a beautiful and beautiful food, and there is a pride when our work can be enjoyed by others.



After all the activities are finished, as usual we have one class of rest, prayer and national children. this nation's child is a routine activity carried out after doing. Food that is not much and must be shared, but it is all covered with a sense of togetherness and family.
 
It doesn't need to be fancy to get happiness, it doesn't need a good and expensive place to get happiness, but it's enough to do simple things that can keep everyone entertained and you also feel the happiness they feel. Our class is indeed diverse, diverse in ethnicity, diverse in character and character.

But behind all that we also have brotherhood, well even though sometimes there are still many who act like kids. But I am sure that as time goes on all that will change and it will become a pride for our class, there will be a story that is told later to the junior and the next successor of food, not the bad story that is assessed but the meaning or benefit in the story the lesson can be taken.

while the floor are getting dry, we went back to our rest place. When the floor is dry we can back again to check everybody is at work / check the attendance list. Later on we wait the advice from Mr. Ical which is followed by preparing the class for the daily pray session. To finish our day we go back home.

RECEIPE : 
  
DORAYAKI

INGREDIENTS : 
600 gr  Soft flour 
15 gr Baking powder 
120 gr  Margarine, melted 
6 pcs egg 
90 Honey 
480 ml Fresh milk  
As needed anko, for filling 
PROCEDURE :  
1.Strain flour and baking powder. 
2.Mixer egg and sugar until smooth and add fresh milk, mix  again.  
3.Put flour and baking powder in dough and mix well. Then put honey and melted margarine, mix until blended. 
4. Heat saute pan and basting with margarine. Take 1 ladle dough and put on the saute pan, make into round (8 cm). 
5.Brown on one side until golden and slightly brown on the other side behind  
6.Let stand until slightly coo 
7.take 2 batter that is cooked and then enter Anko
