DAILY REPORT ENGLISH VERSION

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarokatuh

How are you guys, may we all be protected by Allah. Don't forget to be grateful today, because being grateful will make us better understand life. I will tell you about my activities today in the kitchen.

Today we are entering the practice week again, it doesn't feel like the time has passed. Today's activity is not so much, because the material or menu that will be prepared today is not so much and also all activities must be done quickly because there will be regular recitation for Islamic students especially for children.

Being a chef does not mean we forget the afterlife, we are all just entrusted. someday we will return to the khaliq. Okay, we continue our discussion today. Today the menu that is practiced is a Japanese menu, it is good to be a child, and all food from all over the area is cooked and can be enjoyed. So college in food is also especially in the MAKASSAR STATE TOURIST POLYTECHNIC which is certainly very different from other universities that have never been found anywhere.

Incidentally today I got a dessert menu, Dorayaki, you know it's okay dorayaki? Maybe doraemon fans would know what Dorayaki is. Dorayaki is Doraemon's favorite food, now today we will make Dorayaki. Dorayaki is one of the foods that are suitable for eating when relaxing or when talking with family because it tastes good and sweet.

The first thing is to prepare the ingredients and tools that will be used to make Dorayaki. Actually making dorayaki is quite easy and this Dorayaki dough is also similar to Pancake. It's just that this Dorayaki has stuffed and stacked, namely Dorayaki is given fillings on one side then closed again with another Dorayaki.



So that the shape is stacked with fillings made from red bean paste. It must be good, not why it's being a kid. After making dorayaki dough and making red bean paste, we also start cleaning the area so that it is fast to do GC and the nation's children.





while the floor are getting dry, we went back to our rest place. When the floor is dry we can back again to check everybody is at work / check the attendance list. Later on we wait the advice from Mr. Ical which is followed by preparing the class for the daily pray session. To finish our day we go back home.


RECEIPE : 
  
DORAYAKI

INGREDIENTS : 
600 gr  Soft flour 
15 gr Baking powder 
120 gr  Margarine, melted 
6 pcs egg 
90 Honey 
480 ml Fresh milk  
As needed anko, for filling 
PROCEDURE :  
1.Strain flour and baking powder. 
2.Mixer egg and sugar until smooth and add fresh milk, mix  again.  
3.Put flour and baking powder in dough and mix well. Then put honey and melted margarine, mix until blended. 
4. Heat saute pan and basting with margarine. Take 1 ladle dough and put on the saute pan, make into round (8 cm). 
5.Brown on one side until golden and slightly brown on the other side behind  
6.Let stand until slightly coo 
7.take 2 batter that is cooked and then enter Anko
